We bill on a service-by-service basis, and use Square to handle our billing and invoicing.
We require all clients to have a card on file to ensure easy, ongoing and convenient payments, making the process easier for our customers, as well as our team.
Taking care of your lawn is a big responsibility. While we strongly recommend weekly service to keep your lawn looking pristine, we also offer bi-weekly service as an option.
For larger one-time projects, we require a 50% up front fee for the total value of the estimate, the remaining balance is due 30 days after the start of work. Invoices will be sent and paid through Square.
If you are a first time customer, or have not used our services for an extended period we may require a clean up fee to get your yard back to it's former glory.
This fee will depend on the length of your grass, and the time it takes to get your edges looking perfect.
We expect our customers to respect our team just like we will respect your lawn. Pets should be cleaned up after prior to service.
If this becomes an ongoing issue, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the inconvenience.
